Make no mistake, United will be there next seasonSaturday will mark the start of a run of three matches that, should they end with three wins out of three, will see Jose Mourinho and Chelsea win the Premier League title.

That is simply because the Blues play Manchester United and Arsenal in their next two, while Manchester City have seen their title challenge falter so badly that it makes Germany’s venture into Russia in the dead of winter look like quite a success.

Chelsea might have a job beating Manchester United without Diego Costa – and Mourinho would be worried about lifting the title had this been the United way all through the season,  but as it stands, the Blues are going to be Champions.

With that in mind, I’ve taken a look at a couple of other things that have been on my mind ahead of the weekend’s fixtures.

Click on Didier Drogba to see what I think needs to be talked about.

I'm sorry, Didier, but it's time to hang up your crown, sorry boots
