That finishing HAS to improveA win at White Hart Lane would have been ideal for Manchester United in their post Christmas outing, but a point was better than nothing, especially considering both Chelsea and Manchester City dropped points in their respective games.

The high paced clash with north London side Spurs proved the importance of both David De Gea and Hugo Lloris – both of whom have been linked with a move to Real Madrid.

Now United face the dreaded fixture for all top teams – an away trip to Stoke City, where many sides have come a cropper in the past.
