Five goalkeepers Liverpool need to be looking at to replace Mignolet

Many things became evident following Liverpool’s loss to Manchester United, but one of the biggest of all had to be the fact that Brendan Rodgers had lost total faith in Simon Mignolet.

Handing Brad Jones his first Premier League start in 18 months at Old Trafford was a predictably terrible decision and following the game, Rodgers claimed that Mignolet was going to be getting acquainted with the bench ‘indefinitely’ – and that does not bode well for the Belgian.

With the January transfer window set to open soon and Liverpool looking certainties to dip into it, here are our five picks to replace the now dropped Mignolet as the Reds’ number one keeper.
