Home advantageNext to making the trip to Stamford Bridge, one of the most daunting tasks of the season is to host Chelsea and that is exactly what West Ham United have to do as their midweek fixture rolls around.

The east London club are not in the best form at the minute and will want to stop the rot and get at least a point from Champions elect Chelsea – and have a couple of things going in their favour when it comes to their quest to make that happen.

The Blues may be eyeing up that title come May but there is a long way to go yet and Jose Mourinho is not counting his chickens – with good reason.

With that in mind, we have taken a look at five reasons West Ham can hope against Chelsea.
