If Chelsea want to win the league, Cesc has to stay fit

Since joining the Blues back in the summer, Cesc Fabregas has been hailed for his quick integration with the team and his ability to positively influence games.

The Spaniard, as expected, performed well against Stoke taking the corner that Terry headed home and later scoring the crucial goal which secured all three points for the Blues.
