United squad ARE unbalanced claims FellainiAfter only managing a draw against West Bromwich Albion many believed that Manchester United’s next opponents Chelsea might be too tough of a challenge.

Both sides had important injuries, missing the likes of Diego Costa and Loic Remy for the Blues while Radamel Falcao and Wayne Rooney were absent for the Red Devils.

The first half was end to end with both sides equally matched and ended 0-0 without incident. Forwards Didier Drogba and Robin van Persie have been accused of being passed their best but in the 53rd minute Drogba headed Chelsea in front to prove he is still very capable.

United kept searching for a goal of their own but with 90 minutes played all three points appeared to be going back to west London.

However after four minutes of added time Van Persie equalised for a dramatic end to what was a hugely crucial match for the Red Devils. Both teams take a point but more importantly United will feel an increased squad confidence.
