Leighton Baines missed his penalty for Everton (the first Premier League penalty he has missed in his career) thanks to David De Gea.
The Spaniard received much criticism for letting a goal in against West Ham, but he played magnificently today.
In the dying minutes, Everton had plenty of chances, all of which De Gea kept out of the net.
Although Angel Di Maria was picked as Man of the Match, it should have gone to De Gea. Considering Robin van Persie’s form, De Gea should also have been captain.
Without him, Manchester United would not be fourth in the table.
