This new Arsenal forward Welbeck looks a bit of alright

We have heard of split personalities before and it certainly seems that Danny Welbeck is suffering from a serious case after bagging a brace for England.

The forward has only just made his deadline day move from Manchester United to Arsenal and whilst he can firstly be pleased that he will probably now guarantee himself a place in the first team and indeed the coveted medal that Arsene Wenger hands out when the season’s target of fourth place is achieved each May, he can also take comfort from the fact he seems to be a far better player.

When United managed to land Radamel Falcao and sent Welbeck down to north London, Arsenal fans were understandably none too pleased – and after the promises Wenger made them, we were not particularly surprised.

However, as we all know, football fans are rather fickle at the best of times and it seems all it has taken for Welbeck to go from donkey to destroyer of defenders in the eyes of Arsenal fans is a couple of goals and our viral of the week sums it up perfectly.
