It is getting closer and closer

With Chelsea failing to claim any points against Sunderland, Liverpool’s fate was in their hands and winning their last four matches would mean the title would be theirs for the first time since 1990.

Norwich, on 32 points, were sitting just above the relegation zone so both teams had good reason to get all they could from this seemingly one-sided tie.

After 11 minutes Liverpool were already two goals up.

Norwich were able to hold Liverpool back scoring themselves to take the game to 2-1.

Another goal from each team kept Norwich in contention for a point but time ran out and the Reds end the weekend with some space at the top.
