After a convincing midweek win over neighbours Manchester United, City travelled to North London to face an Arsenal side who after leading the table earlier this season are now desperately holding on for their usual fourth place finish.
Goals from both David Silva and Mathieu Flamini ensured both teams came away with a point, though Arsenal will surely feel they got the better end of the deal after being thrashed 6-3 by the Blues back in December.
City stay third, with two games in hand, but with Everton only four points behind the Gunner’s look likely to have a fourth place fight on their hands.
