They’re not playing well, but each win for Chelsea is a step towards the title

10 penMost Chelsea fans would admit they are not going through their best spell at the minute.

Games are nervy and the three points are hard fought – but they are won  – and with the games running out and chances for the chasing pack to catch them ebbing away, Jose Mourinho’s men know they have almost done enough to land the title.

Mourinho and Terry will tell you that there are no easy games – and they would be right. Last season they did the double over Manchester City but failed to beat West Bromwich Albion once – and those five points cost them the title.

This term they may have drawn to Manchester City twice and United once – but they have beaten the so called lesser sides that cost them so many points last term – and will likely be champions because of it.

At times, it is not pretty to watch – but it is effective and they close out games to get the win – and at this point in the season, their fans do not care how they win, they just want to get the victory

Even without the game in hand, the table makes pretty good reading for Jose Mourinho and despite not having the services of Diego Costa for at least the next couple of games, he will know that there is only one man he cannot afford to lose – Eden Hazard.

The Belgian has been outstanding this season and is a huge reason the Blues have been so successful – in fact, at times, he carries the side on his own, often being their only source of real creativity when they need something special.

Hazard is only young and will get better – but after going one better this season and leading Chelsea to what looks almost certainly being like two domestic trophies, a little bit of help next season from a summer recruit could see the Blues land everything on offer.

Chelsea will lift the EPL, if only all the players will up their games, more especially Oscar,Matic,Fabregas. Hazard has being an extradinary player all through the games this season. He needs support from the other midfield team mates. He (Hazard) over work himself in every game because of dip in form of his team mates. Also, Chelsea should reduce their dribbling method and focus on getting goals early and be able to defend their goal. Thibaut C. need to be cautioned serioulsly. If the players as a team improve their individual games, and player like a team, I assure u the that the trophy will be lifted by Chelsea FC come May 2015. The players should not be selfish, create chance for ur team mates that are in good position to score goals. CFC will Champions come May 2015. Up Blues. Goodluck.
