Win things – Obviously

Playing decent football and getting to finals is obviously important – but winning them is even more so.

Celtic are a huge club and demand to be the very best and the only way Deila can make sure his time at the club is remembered as a strong period in their illustrious history is to win trophies and lots of them.

This season it seems that domestically at least there will be a couple of pieces of silverware in the cabinet and that is a massive step in the right direction for the man in the dugout.
