It is now time to focus on the leagueTo say it was a day to forget for West Ham United fans, their players and manager would be somewhat of an understatement.

The club had such high hopes of going all the way in the FA Cup and saw their dreams turn to rather dramatic dust after being battered by West Bromwich Albion and the fans were rightly outraged at their side’s performance which was more befitting of Halloween than Valentines day.

Goalkeeper Adrian may have taken to social media to apologise (for the second time in a week) but it will take a little bit more than that for the fans to forgive the players – but here is why we think they should do exactly that and move on from a day to forget.
