Is Carver really the man for the job?

In short, the answer is no.

Newcastle United are stagnant at the moment and while that is slightly better than moving backwards, there is still time for that yet.

The fans in no way deserve the performances they are currently paying to watch and Carver showed his naivety with the set up and tactics against City – not to mention his defeatist attitude. What manager would want to come in and take over a club who has owners that clearly do not want to move it forward?
