Take the positivesWest Ham United fans have gone from being quite happy with the way their season was panning out to seeing their side dumped out of the FA Cup and throw away a couple more points against Tottenham Hotspur in a massive clash in the Premier League.

Manager Sam Allardyce was fuming after the game and made it very clear how unimpressed he was but there is no escaping the fact that more than one of the West Ham players were poor and certainly at fault for allowing Spurs back into the game (yes, Mr Song, we are looking right at you) and now the east London club have to pick themselves up and move on.
