Dream Team: Combined Liverpool & Man City XI

Most of the focus ahead of the weekend is the League Cup final between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur but there is also the matter of a massive Premier League clash between Liverpool and Manchester City as well.

The Reds host title challenging City on Sunday and will be hoping for all three points as they try and keep the momentum going in their hunt for a top four place in the Premier League and the Champions League spot that comes with it.

City meanwhile have the chance to close the gap on Chelsea to two points with the Blues’ league game postponed due to their cup commitments.

Neither side will want to lose and we have a feeling it will be one match you will not want to miss – and with that in mind, we have taken a look at just who would make a dream team from both sides.
