Five things we learnt from Everton after their last gasp draw with West Ham

Everton fans have not seen their side do as well as they may have expected of late, and even manager Roberto Martinez has been feeling the pressure.

The FA Cup may have provided a break from Premier League action but given the Toffees had to face a high flying West Ham United side, it was going to be one hell of a challenge.

The chance to rest players was simply not on the cards and unless Martinez wanted to see his side out of the competition, his players simply had to give it their all.

Whilst things may not have gone exactly to plan, the Merseyside club are still in the mix – for now, and here are five things we noticed from their display.
