This Chelsea midfielder just can’t stop assisting his team!

It is not only Chelsea fans who have found the latest viral of Cesc Fabregas hilarious but rather the entirety of football after the midfielder proved that he simply cannot stop providing his teammates with assists!

After a nasty clash with Petr Cech, defender Kurt Zouma was out cold and with the Chelsea staff feeling it was taking too long to bring the stretcher onto the field after medic Eva called three times for it over the radio,  Cesc Fabregas took matters into his own hands – and did have a little bit of help from defender Cesar Azpilicueta.

Thankfully, Zouma was fine after his clash at Derby, if a little concussed and indeed missing a tooth!
