gervinho Arsene Wenger is being attacked from all corners it seems and one of his former players has certainly picked a rather difficult time to stick the knife in.

Winger Gervinho, now of Roma of course, has made it very clear that his feelings towards his former club are not all that positive.

Gervinho was speaking to Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport and claimed: ‘As a child I dreamed of playing for Arsenal, because I loved them.

‘Now I hate them for the way Wenger treated me.

‘However, I regretted leaving the club after such a short time without being able to show my worth, which I’m now doing at Roma instead.’

The 27 year old is undoubtedly flying for Roma and actually had a pretty decent World Cup as well, begging the question of if Arsene Wenger once again misused another player – and failed to give them a chance, with the likes of Lukas Podolski and Tomas Rosicky the latest stars to be frozen out by Wenger.

You have to think that the fans would not complain had the players ousted been disappointing and with nothing left to give, but as Podolski has shown on the rare occasion he has been given a chance that he can do the business, he has something to give and is a natural goal poacher – something the Gunners sorely miss. Yet Wenger fails to play him.

The accusation of not knowing quite what is in front of him has been levelled at Wenger on more than one occasion and that certainly seems to have been the case when it comes to Gervinho et al, where Wenger at the very best sees his man management fail him. At worst, it shows his waning ability to recognise talent.

Arsenal fans. Is Gervinho BANG OUT OF ORDER or will there be a couple more players making their opinions on Wenger known soon? Let us know your thoughts below, become a guest blogger or tweet us @LaFootyettes.
