Now that Manchester United have secured their first away win of the season against Arsenal, it was vitally important that they secured three points at home against Hull.

Manager Louis van Gaal and his players obliged but if remaining in the top four is as important as they are making out, a strong squad throughout the festive period is vial.

Injury has plagued the team, but some are finally returning to full fitness.
