Change the entire mentality at the club

Perhaps an obvious one but a valid point all the same.

The whole mentality of Arsenal Football Club needs to change and fast.

Let’s no forget, these were once the invincibles of football.

Now they are the team everyone bar Spurs mock.

Not only does that have to stop but the Arsenal players and their coaching staff have to believe they are winners again.
