Mourinho’s methods and Barcelona’s are very different – too different

Not only does Mourinho’s on the field style have marked differences to that of the Catalan club, but his off the field one does as well.

He has moaned about the favouritism Barcelona receive from officials in the past and even made nods to their relationship with Unicef – not to mention links with UEFA.

None of this bodes well for a potential job at the Camp Nou and it would certainly be hard for Mourinho to take all his previous comments back – not in the least because he seems to genuinely believe them.

He only need look at Rafa Benitez to see what happens when a manager who has previously trash talked a club becomes their manager.
