Five reasons it has all gone WRONG for Arsenal this season

It must be a massive source of depression for Arsenal fans that the annual post-mortem has taken place significantly earlier than usual, with the title conceded by Arsene Wenger at the start of November, leaving putting up the usual fight until February now a distant dream.

In fact, were it not for Alexis Sanchez, we would probably be sat here debating five ways Arsenal could get out of relegation trouble, not five ways they can scrape a top four position, but either way, it has all gone wrong for the north London club and in spectacular style.

With that in mind, we have put our heads together and come up with five reasons Arsenal have capitulated this season.
