It is fair to say Liverpool fans are not a happy bunchLast season it left their title hopes in tatters and it seems that Liverpool have not learnt from their mistakes.

Facing a tough game away at Selhurst Park, Brendan Rodgers had to work a team line up out without either of Daniel Sturridge or Mario Balotelli, who was not fit enough to make the game but could make the late night boxing match on Saturday evening.

Old defensive issues plagued Liverpool once again and whilst last season they threw away the title against Palace, this term they just managed to sink further down the table.

Expectations of the league title are now gone – and fans have taken to social media to make their feelings clear.

Rodgers is so stubborn that he will never learn from his mistakes Emre Can performed very well against Chelsea wit a goal, one of your midfielders is injured instead of u replacing him with another central MD u wen ahead playing to many attacking MD’s.gerarrd was completely out of the game just running around thought CAN was coming for him.Rodgers very poor substitute
