He is 19 years of age - too much pressure and expectation could ruin himLiverpool have seen their title challenge stall somewhat so far this season and now it looks like being a massive ask to finish at the summit of the Premier League table.

However, to finish in the top four again and consolidate their Champions League status would still represent an achievement for Brendan Rodgers and his squad – but they seem to be relying rather heavily on one player to do it.

Last season, the Reds had Luis Suarez, but it seems that this season, they are turning to Raheem Sterling for that little bit of magic and to break the deadlock in tight games.

Now whilst we are huge fans of Sterling, we think that the young winger needs a little bit less pressure placed on his shoulders – or it could be disastrous for both his club, country and himself.
