Make match winning changes Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has an excellent record against his title rivals and will be hoping to continue that on Sunday when he takes his league leaders to Old Trafford.

The Blues are flying high and are looking better and better with each passing game – and are on the back of their greatest ever Champions League victory against Maribor.

They may be without forwards Diego Costa and Loic Remy, but Chelsea fans will still be expecting all three points, yet with the likes of Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao, Manchester United will be on the attack – and be looking to put the Blues on the back foot.
