Play an established player out of position

Never ideal, but then neither is having three fit defenders and not winning the league for a decade. It’s just Arsenal life.

Wenger could consider the option of playing one of his established midfielders at the back – and although that might not be the best option, should he be against the idea of using one of the kids, that is really the only option he can utilise.
