Five players who we think are worth watching out for in the World Cup

Alexis Sanchez - ChileSo with the hosts kicking off the tournament and the defending champions set to play tonight, the World Cup is well and truly up and running.

We have been talking all about the likes of Lionel Messi, Andrea Pirlo and Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of the tournament and simply cannot wait to see who flourishes this summer.

Amongst the top sides there are a couple of names that we think need to be watched out for – and they might be well known in their respective leagues, but in the national team they tend to get over looked a little bit.

With that in mind, we have taken a gamble and listed five stars who might be kings of their clubs, but who may have to prove a little bit before they start for their countries.
