They have now managed to take six points of Manchester United and Chelsea.
Pretty impressive.
The Potters have also made Juan Mata the unlucky player to have lost twice this season away at Stoke and with two different clubs.
Things are not looking good for David Moyes and his men, and despite netting their £37 million man, they cannot keep a consistent run of results up.
Stoke meanwhile may not be looking at winning the title, or even getting into the top four, but they are impressive at home and look to be building a decent side under Mark Hughes.
They are now sitting 11th in the league after their 2-1 win, and anyone who knows the Potters and indeed their manager know they will be looking to break into the top ten before the season is out.
As for Manchester United? Clear those Thursday nights Mr Moyes!
